欧盟再次评估黄原胶作为食品添加剂的安全性

欧盟食品添加剂和营养小组（ANS）进行评估认为，在毒理学数据与暴露数据的基础之上，黄原胶（E 415）作为食品添加剂对普通人群是安全的，不会对人体健康构成影响，无需制定每日允许摄入量（ADI）。然而对黄原胶的再次评估不适用于12周以下的婴儿。

The Panel on Food Additives and Nutrient Sources added to Food （ANS） provides a scientific opinion re-evaluating红榴榴科 the safety of xanthan gum （E 415） as food additive.
